This free 5 week study program develops the mindfulness habit in ‘real time’ and ‘real life’. When this class is over, you don’t have to go home and readjust to ‘normal’ life, because you never left it – you transformed it!
Every day, you will find a lesson to practice or a mindful reminder arriving in your inbox. You will benefit from even adopting just one these lessons let alone all of them!
