Join Sadhana for an incredibly powerful hour to release, recharge and take steps toward healing. This circle is open to all with an open mind and heart. Each week will build on practices from previous weeks and introduce something new. Talking (sharing) is always optional.
What to expect: smudging, guided meditation, chakra clearing, reiki, chanting, silence, prayers, peace… and BIG shifts.
Things to bring: a journal and pen, prayers for yourself, friends, family or community
